Irish Times Innovation Awards 2017
It was an honour to cater the Irish Times Innovation Awards 2017 in the Royal Hospital Kilmainham again this year. The ceremony celebrates and rewards excellence in innovation across a range of groundbreaking products and services.
There were over 220 people in attendance on the night for which we served a canape and drinks reception, followed by a 3 course meal.
What was on the menu?!
Our guests dined on fivemiletown goats cheese with pickled beetroot and micro greens for starter; mains of Irish ribeye with roast shallots, fondant potato and horseradish creme fraiche; and dessert was a trio of lemon desserts. Divine!
