Starters:

Salad of watercress, honey roast pear, Bellingham blue, roasted walnuts (V,GF)

Goat's cheese tart, caramelised shallot, sultana & balsamic vinaigrette, greens (v)

Chicken, ham hock & parsley terrine with celeriac remoulade (GF)

Roast beetroot & orange salad, rocket & fennel, hazelnut dressing (V,GF)


Main Courses:

Supreme of free range chicken, Parmesan cream, pommes puree & green beans (GF)

Pan fried salmon, garden peas, pea shoots, organic champ potatoes, warm clam and chive vinaigrette (GF)

Fishcakes with crushed baby potatoes, wilted spinach, caper & lemon salsa

Braised rump of beef, bourguignon garnish, creamed potatoes, roast shallot

Roast stuffed pork belly, celeriac and apple mash, sweet baby carrots, pork jus and potato crisp
