Starters:

Smoked Irish salmon, warm potato dressing, lemon créme friache, micro herbs (GF)

Irish crab salad with horseradish, apple, mint & créme fraiche (GF)

Fillet of beef "tagliatta" with panzanella, tomato & caper salad

Carpaccio of Mediterranean vegetables, St.Tola goats cheese, balsamic reduction, red pepper dressing, rocket (V,GF)


Main Courses:

Chargrilled fillet of Irish beef with braised shallots, roast mushrooms, pommes puree and red wine jus (GF)

Pan fried fillet of turbot with wilted spinach, lemon & chive cream, Sardinian air dried ham (GF)

Canon of lamb with pecan crust, bourbon sauce, sweet potato crisps, fondant potato

Pot roast black chicken, truffled potatoes, baby leeks and carrots, roast jus (GF)

(Main courses accompanied with potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables, served family style)


Desserts:

Pears poached in sauternes, maple caramel, with vanilla mascarpone (GF)

Pecan pie with whiskey caramel cream

Valrhona chocolate truffle tart with cappuccino cream

"Raspberry Shortcake": Layered raspberries with shortbread biscuits, vanilla cream


Organic and Fair Trade tea and coffee served with rich chocolate truffles
