Domini and Peaches Kemp founded Feast Catering company in 2003 and since then have provided catering services for many different and varied events to an ever increasing & impressive client list.  As qualified chefs and people who have worked in the industry for a number of years, they understand the need for fine food, service and providing clients with that all important ‘wow’ factor.

The love of great food is in the Kemp’s blood and as they catered for friends and family, word spread that this was something special. What started off as a small scale catering business has grown to a full scale catering and event management company. Feast continues to cater for private residential parties but now also takes on events such as gala dinners and corporate launches. Caroline Logan is our Feast Event Catering Manager (formerly Mount Juliet, Hilton Hotel and Guinness Storehouse). Caroline has been with the company for over 3 years and has vast experience in catering and event planning. She has an incredible eye for detail and is relentless in her commitment to each event, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Phil Thomas trained at Cathal Brugha Street before his apprenticeship in the former five star Berkley Court Hotel. He decided to broaden his knowledge of fine food, by cooking in restaurants in London and Australia, culminating in a stint in Toronto's fine dining restaurant, Splendido. Phil returned home to work in the Lady Helen Fine Dining Restaurant on the Mount Juliet Conrad estate in Kilkenny, where he was privileged to have access to wonderful suppliers with a wealth of local resources including the estate herb and vegetable gardens. Seasonal, fresh, top-quality produce have always been of consideration to Phil when designing any dish. He returns to Feast Catering and the itsa... group, (having previously worked with the company back in 2006) to take over position as Executive Chef. Phil's expertise, knowledge and raw talent as a chef, give him the unique skills required for this role and he is a welcome addition to the Feast team.
